MEMBERSHIPS & CERTIFICATIONS
Profiler is AZAV-Certified and is an authorised employment market service provider in Germany. The Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion (Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung), or AZAV for short, regulates the recognition (accreditation) and licensing (certification) of companies as educational institutions and their trainings and coachings as well as the recognition of the provision of employment market services. The AZAV certification ensures the sustainable improvement of the quality of labor market services and thus the performance and efficiency of the labor market policy support system.

Profiler ranks amongst Germany’s top medium-sized employers for the second time in a row. Focus Business TOP SME EMPLOYERS 2020 Back-to-back award - Profiler was honoured with the Focus Business Top Arbeitgeber Mittelstand 2020 (Top SME Employers 2020) award. For the second time FOCUS Business, together with the evaluation portal Kununu, presented the best employers of German Mittelstand. "Mittelstand" stands for small, medium and owner-managed companies.
